As of January 1, 2021 (Law No. 178/2020), a tax credit of up to 40% aimed at individuals working as professional cooks in hotels and restaurants was introduced to support the restaurant industry.
This credit is aimed at salaried and self-employed cooks with a VAT number!
Specifically, the tax credit is eligible for participation in professional development courses.
